As far as I’ve been experiencing , no my battery life does not drain quicker I honestly feel like it last longer .

I think over the long term there is some potential. I always used to fast charge my iPhone X and I think it’s battery capacity took a hit faster than my iPhone 12 which I have only fast charged when I need it. My solution is to use wireless charging overnight or other times when speed isn’t necessary, and break out the Nano when I really need juice quick.

Yes and no. If you use a very high output brick to charge a smaller battery like a phone it will damage the battery and shorten the life, but something like a 20w brick won’t. Also something else to consider is using your phone while it charging cause that will hurt the battery, heat is also another thing you want to avoid too if possible. The device/ brick getting warm is normal for charging, but excessive heat can be damaging.
