• Have your tried without a case on the phone? Case must be less than 5mm.

• What kind of phone are you attempting to charge from it? Some phones are incompatible with wireless charging, which is why you're not getting a signal. This could also be because your case has some metal on top of where the wireless coil is on your phone.
