That laptop icon on the left USB-C port is common on Anker products. It means that when you have multiple things all plugged in, that port gets the most power and should therefore be used for Laptop or similar high-power devices. The USB-A ports on this both go up to 22.5W each. The USB-C ports each go up to 100W each. But the entire unit is limited to 200W combined. The left most USB-C ports will drop to 65W when you have all ports in use. As the total power output exceeds 200w, the ports on the right get reduced the most. So, prioritize big devices in the left port. Medium devices in the middle ports (which will bottom out at 45w), and small devices in the right port (which goes down to 20w). If you aren't using all the ports, then each of these limits will be higher, but that's the minimum they'll get under full load. USB-A ports will drop to 12W when all ports are in use.
