You can charge anything with solar panels, the question is how fast do you want it to charge? This specific power bank has a capacity of about 100 watt hours to remain TSA compliant, so using a typical 100w portable panel (you can buy an anker or a jackery model here at bestbuy) in direct sunlight and factoring in the efficiency loss of the charger (lets call it 85%) it would take about an hour and 15 mins to fully charge.
