Yes! You have to make sure you use the correct charger because I was having the same problem until I realized . I use the charging cable that came with it and a 12w usb iPhone wall plug and it changes just fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am having the same problem. I have two of these (one for each car). One of them charges without issue, including when fully dead. The other just stopped working and won't charge. Tried multiple charging blocks, but the product just won't charge. Glad that one is still functioning but the other one is completely useless. I plan to replace the defective unit with a better product (different manufacturer)
