• It will not drain the battery unless the car is on. If it's off then it's okay to leave it there.

• No, it will not. I do this all the time when turning my car off or leaving my car.

• This product will stay on while the port it's plugged into is on. If your car keeps feeding power to the port, even while the car is off, then this will stay on.
