Sort of.. because the only way it's paired is if you put it on the same radio station as what is listed on the Bluetooth receiver. So if you got a call, you'd have to change the radio station to those numbers. For instance, I have ours on a dedicated channel of 107.5. I also have that set on my car radio as a preset. It's easy enough to have it paired, then change channels, then if you get a phone call, just switch it to the same numbers. In my instance, 107.5..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. Just like you cannot listen to two radio stations at the same time. You can leave it plugged in and have the devices suggested station as a preset in your car. When your Bluetooth is connected you can just switch to that preset and answer your phone on speaker. But you’d have to watch out for the call since it will ring through the Bluetooth on the other station. I will warn you, I keep mine plugged in all the time and it does interfere with some weaker radio stations signals.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you only use it for handsfree calls, you will need to have a preset button for the station it's transmitting. When someone calls, you'll need to push 2 buttons, one on this and one on your radio.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yup. The microphone isn’t very strong so you have to be sure your car plug is placed in such a way where you can speak into the device.
