“This is strictly a FM transmitter, it does not play music to your car when you don’t have a Bluetooth in our car? This is essentially useless for Bluetooth capabilities..it doesn’t play music with IPhone 12 Pro, or am I wrong?”

I use this in a 1999 truck so I can play my music on Spotify over truck speakers using Bluetooth. I can also have a phone conversation hands free with this device. It works great. You just tune to a static satation like 97.7 and have the same station on device. The instructions explain how to connect Bluetooth. But I have an android.

It works with Bluetooth perfectly. It connects to bluetooth enabled devices, and transmits calls and music to your radio via FM.
