• Yes, you connect to your phone via Bluetooth and tune the device to an open channel on the radio.

• Yes the Aux plug on my older Scion is shorted out and I use this tuned to an empty FM station. Works Great!

• Yes! My aux plug is messed up also. It plugs into your cigarette lighter. Tune radio to channel and you are good to go!
