Yes. Although I haven’t tried it myself, I’m not sure they would hear the music clearly. The FCC regulates how powerful these devices are allowed to transmit and they don’t give us much, but this one has been better than any other FM transmitter I’ve used. Would probably work best with multiple cars parked very closely in a parking lot, but I wouldn’t bother trying to get that close driving on a highway.
