“Hi, I've noticed that whenever I plug into the USB port (top and/or bottom) it stops the music from playing via bluetooth. Even when you try to press play eventually the music will stop when there is a device plugged into the USB. Help.”

Mine does this as well but it just pairs right back up and continues. If you do nothing after plugging in you should hear it say "waiting to pair" then "successfully paired"
