• No, a charger isn't included. I would get one that can output least 100W (for faster charging) and a cable that supports the higher rate as well. Anker makes some great 100 & 200W USB-C cables, as well as chargers that can output 100W and greater.

• Mine did not ship with one, and I didn't expect it to. Those are notebook accessories which we are already supposed to have. A good quality 140w charger is half the cost of this unit, so you might want to temper your expectations somewhat.
