“Is this panel waterproof and designed for a permanent installation?”

• Based on my convesation with an Anker rep, it's not designed for a permanent installation. The rep told me that the connections are not waterproof, and they don't recommend using it in the rain, which is odd because the marketing materials say otherwise.

• The Anker PS400 Portable Solar Panel has a waterproof rating of IP67, but it is not designed for permanent outdoor installation. It is intended more for portable usage.
