I returned them yesterday. They would not stay connected to my iPhone 7 Plus and when they did connect, only one ear would work. I followed the directions and even troubleshot the problem. The sound was tinny anyway.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yeah, They may be defective. Did you use the charging cable and charge the case until you saw three LEDs on the front cover? If so, try both the right and left earbuds in the case, verifying that the LEDs on both R/L buds come “on” while they’re in the case, if not, wiggle them around a little bit, once both LEDs on the earbuds themselves light up, wait 15 minutes, pull the right side Earbud out and try to pair.

The SN looks something like "SN: ABC123XXX". - If the serial number is printed inside the charging case, search "h0g9UZIEgJo" on YouTube for detailed steps on how to reset the headphones. Make sure there is a red light flashing 3 times after you hold down the touchpad for 7 seconds. - If the serial number is printed on the charging cable that came with your earbuds, please search "4rNVJooT1KU" on YouTube to follow the detailed steps to reset the headphones. Make sure there is a red light flashing once when you quickly tap the touchpad on the earbud 4 times, which means the reset was successful.
