Yes, it's a known issue with these. Try keeping your phone out or visable while using the earbuds instead of in a bag or pocket, the interference causes the left bud to lose connection pretty easily
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes! I just bought these for my boyfriend's birthday in May, and although he LOVES them, he did tell me that the left side was not working. It wasn't that much of an issue for him because he is deaf in his left ear. So he really only uses the right side. Still, I told him he should take it in and get a replacement because I did get the insurance on it. But he hasn't done it yet. Both should work regardless I should think!
