Yep. I ran coax from the antenna to the distribution box. This is where all the coax start their run to the various TVs I own. I simply disconnected the cable companies coax connector from the input connector on the splitter, and connected the coax from the antenna to the input on the splitter. I now have three TVs getting their signals from the antenna.

Yes. No problem. Can even be installed on the old satellite dish bracket mounted to your house. Removevthe dish and use the coaxial right there! It should already be wired to your splitter, or close by.

Yes but you will probably need to buy a signal amplifier. I use one made by RCA that works great.

Yes, it can be attached to the cable that is coming into the house. However please keep in mind this antenna does not have amplifier, thus every splitter or extra connector between antenna and a TV can lower the signal level. I am using it (and having a good quality of the picture and 20 channels approximately) with 1 TV and 3 intermediate connectors between antenna and a TV: 
1 - where antenna connected to the cable coming into the house.
2 - connector that connects incoming cable to the wall mount connector
3 - connector that connects wall mount outlet to the TV.
