Yes, the antenna can be used for several televisions.

If you connect the antenna to the same place your old cable connected - where the splitter that splits it for 2, 3, or more TVs, then it will work for all TVs connected.

That depends on the level of the signal.
If signal is really strong you might be able to get a good picture on multiple TVs. 
Just keep in mind that every extra connector between TV and antenna lowers signal level. So, if you have several splitters on the way from antenna and TV you might need to by another antenna.
This antenna does not come with amplifier.

Yes but you will benefit from having a signal amplifier on the antenna but more importantly is that your going to need a 3way connector with one coaxial cable line leaving your antenna and screwing into your tiny metal 3 way splitter. * remember the longer the cables runs are will take away signal strength.
