“How durable is this installed outside? It's entirely of plastic and wonder how it will hold up installed on the roof in 105 degree summers in Texas. Does the warranty cover longevity?”

Not sure, but I'm in Nebraska and installed mine in attic for very same reason. Works great and receive 31 stations with no problem.
