“We cut the cable to go antenna. We bought the clear stream 2max. Most of the time the signal is great on the channels we get but sometimes some will cut out or low signal strength. Do we need a signal booster or is there already one on the antenna?”

if not already done, mount the antenna either in the attic or on your roof, or the highest you can practically afford and your neighborhood would allow. There is no need of a signal booster and the antenna does not have one.

Please try again later.The Clearstream 2 Max is not amplified, and so adding an amplifier can sometimes be helpful when signal distribution throughout a home has weakened the signal. Typically, moving the antenna to get a more clear view to the towers is a better first step. Please contact our Technical Support team for more support.
