“I took the antenna out of the box and one of the loops rattles, while the other does not. Also, I am not picking up all the channels I should. Is this antenna defective?”

Please call our support team at 877-825-5572 and let them know you have a defective element. They will ship you a new one out right away for free. We have a lifetime warranty on our parts.

If it rattles, that is a clear indication of a broken connection. Signal loss will be significant. This antenna should be returned as defective.
