• Yes it can be place in an attic. I placed mine there and it is working well.

• We have purchased two of these and both are indoors. One in the house and the other in the pool house. We put them In the attic and both work great. We have several TVs so we use the signal amplifiers / splitters that we used with our cable tv and all TVs are perfectly clear.

• Yes, I have this antenna installed inside my living room. I have it in a nook near the ceiling. I used the free app to locate the towers in my area and have it aimed in their direction. I went from 2 channels without the antenna to 72 with it.
