I live in an area where it is difficult to get in abc, a low vhf channel. The 4max gets it in pretty consistently but when mounting it I found that if I was touching one of the dipoles the picture was perfect but when I let go I lost some signal. Ideas? null

If you can, raise the antenna.  Height and orientation of the antenna impacts overall picture quality and availability.

Hi there, please call our customer support team. You may need a reflector kit to add to your antenna setup to focus the TV signal towards the front of the antenna.
