I can pull in everything from both Milwaukee and Green Bay, opposite directions, 180 degrees opposite, and I get them all in HD perfectly. It is all so dependent on where you mount it and how accurately you aim it. Google the right aim for your city and see what comes up within the range of this antenna or call manufacturer to be sure. Best of luck.

My latest purchase is the ClearStream 4MAX™, same model that you are considering. According to TVFool.com, you are more than 50 miles from the nearest transmission tower. However, the ClearStream 4MAX™ should pull in eight (8) signals that transmit a total of thirty (30) separate programming streams or sub-channels. Your strongest signal is KTBC Channel 7 (FOX) out of Austin. Your weakest signal is KVCT (FOX) out of Victoria. Between these signals, you should easily get every other major broadcast commercial network, PBS, and a number of popular sub-channels. You should receive all 30 sub-channels without an amplifier of any kind. However, neither a pre-amp nor a distribution amp would hurt. That said, if an amp is not needed then you should not buy one. If you intend to split your signal among several TV sets, then a distribution amp with an output for each set is desirable. You may notice that many of your neighbors have large old-fashioned TV antennas above their roofs. Those antennas are designed to receive Channels 2-68. With the transition to digital TV, most VHF signals have gone dark. Exactly four (4) full-power transmitters broadcast on Channels 2-6. Most transmitters today broadcast on Channels 7-50. Channel 7 out of Austin in the only VHF signal that you can receive reliably. The ClearStream 4MAX™ antenna is designed to be the best TV antenna for receiving the transmissions on the air in 2017-2018, not the signals on the air 20 years ago. You will be very happy with it.
