“I'm having the same question. Am getting several channels, but one just doesn't even come up on the scan. Other people have same problem. It is NBC and all the others, ABC, CBS, PBS are all at the same location, got an amplifier but didn't help.”

Google your area as in the Twin Cities for example Kare11 NBC uses a different type of signal than the others, makes no sense why they do, it frustrates me. I still get them with this antenna but it's a little unstable because its not a strong signal like the other channels like ABC, CBS, PBS, and others. I still get 40 channels, some being junk, but this antenna is strong; I even called their hotline and she told me where to point my antenna towards to get the maximum channels. Hope that helps but google it, and you'll probably see that one of the channels is using a different type of signal so you need to be pointing right towards their tower to get the maximum reception! When I watch the Vikings on Fox9 it's Crystal clear... KARE11 needs to improve their signal like the otherss as their customers paying for commercials are missing out on the unplugged viewers!!!
