Yes, you can use the existing coaxial cable running through your house to connect all the TVs. Depending on the splitter Cox uses (and we are not certain of this info), we suggest you switch the splitter to a bypass splitter, 3-way or 4-way however many TVs you are connecting. You may also need a preamplifier to boost signals from long coaxial cable lengths throughout your home, which we suggest you use the ClearStream Juice found on antennasdirect.com. The ClearStream Juice will boost signals for a more stable connection. Here is a link to an antenna setup with antenna, splitter and preamplifier. https://www.antennasdirect.com/cmss_files/imagelibrary/Website-imgs/Accessories-install-imgs/C4MAX_JUICE_4WAY.jpg. I hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just finished installing a Cable Cutter Antenna using the latest coax 6. I purchased a new Samsung flat TV and it worked well obtaining 20 channels. Then I used a cable splitter to hook up my secondary flat screen TV, also a flat screen Samsung although 5 years older, to the existing coax in the house. That old coax was installed years and years ago -- maybe 30 to 40 years ago. The signal quality using that old coax was far less and on my secondary TV I can get but ten channels. Consequently, what I discovered is that the coax 6 has less signal loss and this can be quite significant! So, if possible, use the coax 6 or better grade from the antenna to your TV of choice. Use a cable splitter to tie in the old existing coax and consider replacing the older coax if necessary and perhaps one line at a time, so to speak. You can find all the hardware and tools at both Best Buy and Amazon.

This should send your antenna signal to all the previous Cox cable connections. If the run from the antenna to the cable input is long, you may need to install an amplifier in the line.
