The longer your cable run the more the signal drop on the line. A powered signal booster may help.

There would be approximately a 9dB loss of signal from 150' of RG6 coaxial cable. If you are in a weak signal area an amplifier installed immediately after the antenna may be required, if you are in a stronger signal area it may work fine with no additional equipment.
