QuestionWhat is the actual wind resistance rating if this antenna? Not wind speed it can handle. For example, channel master advantage 100 has wind resistance of 37lb at 100mph. This rating is the load it puts on the pole in wind. Do you know this rating???

- Answer Hello Ryan, Apologies for providing the incorrect information to you the first time. I went back to our product team and we did not specifically wind test the ClearStream 4MAX, we tested other variants of this model, however. The ClearStream 4 variant has a wind resistance of 17.1 lbs. at 70mph. The ClearStream 4 and the ClearStream 4MAX are similar in design. I hope this helps! Thank you for sending in a question.

QuestionAntennas do not pick up local CBS station which is HI-V (High VHF) band, tower distance is 25 miles. We live in heavily wooded area. May possibly mount on pole used for satellite dish --not on roof. Prefer to use inside.

- Answer You can split the signal from the antenna to as many TVs as you need to. This may require additional equipment like a distribution amp or preamplifier. The amount of signal loss to the TVs will be based on how many times the signal is split. You do not need a Silicondust Quartro to use an antenna, per the community answer below, nor do you need internet. If you need additional advice, please call our tech support for recommendations and then you can place your order or pick up your TV antenna from Best Buy. - Answer Best Buy does not install outdoor antennas. You will need to find a local antenna installer in your area. There are many, so you shouldn't have a problem finding one. The antenna will work when splitting the signals to multiple TVs. It will depend on the number of TV rooms you need ti split the TV signal to, but many building owners provide antenna signals to their occupants.

- Answer The coax cable that runs through or beneath your home to each room (used by the cable company) can be used to connect your antenna. You will have to purchase a splitter or perhaps use the one already being used in your home to feed the cable signal to each room to connect the antenna. The antenna signal travelling through the coax cable may not be as strong as the signal received from the cable company to provide a strong signal to all the televisions. - Answer The Clearstream 4 MAX is rated at 70+ miles. Normally the higher the better, but all cases are different. The included 20" mount was not designed to be extended, if installing the antenna higher a different mounting solution would be recommended. It is a UHF / VHF antenna. Thanks!

- Answer Coaxial Cable -- not supplied because final antenna location determines how much you'll need. Location could be inside or out, but the antenna needs to face the tv transmitter signals. A roof mount is included. Mounting may require drilling holes on the roof. There's also a clamp for mounting on a pole.

- Answer The antenna holds up very well in high wind and direct sunlight. In Texas as in Florida there is plenty of solar radiation to go around. We have no problems with this antenna.

- Answer As far as i know, if you have a splitter or splitters, you can attach as many tv's as you want. There i only one lead coming from the antenna, but i have a splitter installed to run two tv's with no apparent loss of signal. the picture is beautiful and i have 140 channels with out ever adjusting the antenna after i installed it on my roof.
