• RG11 has a little more shielding and is designed for super long cable runs. In most cases it will not improve reception.

• I don't have the answer to your question about RG11 & RG6 cable. I used Model: RF-RG650BK cable & it works very good. I'm sorry Barbara, I don't have the answer you need.
