No it doesn't come w a splitter. You can buy a 5 connection splitter (1 input for antenna and 4 outputs for TVs) for usually less than $20 at a big box hardware store or on the web. May want to consider a signal amplifier instead with the same outputs. You can find them for under 50.

You will want to get a drop amplifier since a 4 way splitter w/o amp will do just that, split 100% of your signal strength into four runs each with less than 25% of the original signal. I bought a 4 output RCA amp at my local big box hardware store for $20.

You can purchase a 2 port, 3 port, or 4 port splitter depending upon the number of TVs. But beware that apartment reception can be problematic due to walls blocking the signal. Place the antenna near an outside window facing the direction of the single towers. Or perhaps outside balcony or deck if allowed. But facing the proper direction for the antenna is crucial and try to avoid walls which may block the signal.
