I don’t remember the exact way I have it right now, but it’s not very heavy. I am using a monitor stand for it as well when that slides up and down and it doesn’t take much force to move it, but I have it on the highest setting and the monitor does not pull it down at all so you should be fine putting it on a monitor mount. I wouldn’t worry too much about the weight, but also I wouldn’t recommend shipping out on the stand. Just simply because you are getting a more expensive monitor.
