So if you play a game like Call of Duty® or battlefield and you’re playing long hours where there’s like a mini map that doesn’t move that can create burning silver. Something like that you should be doing a pixel refresh on your own at least once a week if you don’t have anything crazy like that and you’re just enjoying playing normal games where there’s not stuff stuck on your screen the entire time you should be fine with doing it once a month or once every few months furthermore new OLED don’t need you to do it all the time they have this thing called pixel shift, which basically means several pixels on your screen are moving to avoid the burn in from happening while gaming at all.

Only run it when the monitor may prompt you to run Pixel Refresh. Should you require assistance with your monitor, please send contact AOC Support Dept. at: https://aoc.com/us/support
