THERE ARE NO BUILT IN SPEAKERS. sorry
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue and read this question and its answer. Changing the volume on the OSD settings did not help. Then, I called AOC support and was informed that this monitor does not have a speaker. It only has a headphone jack and the headphone volume can be controlled through the monitor. The Best Buy website wrongly shows the spec as "integrated speakers - Yes".
