There is a 3.5mm jack port connection for external speakers. To adjust volume, please enter the monitor's OSD Set-up to look for the volume setting and adjust the volume from your computer settings too. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No it does not. You will have to use your computer's audio output and connect it to external speakers. Or many devices like a DAC (Digital to Analog Converter) will run through the computers USB. I run my audio through a DAC to studio monitors. Rokit 10's. My wife uses her HP laptop speakers and this monitor just as a 2nd display. In that case her laptop speakers work fine.
