Depends upon the watts (specs) of the modem and routed. Divide the backup VA by the sum of Modem and Router watts get the time

Note, many internet phones require power too, so that too would need to be plugged into the UPS. I hope this helps!

They shouldn't draw more than 50 watts of power which would put you at 51 minutes of runtime. If the power draw is higher than the runtime will be less.
