I would not recommend using a UPS device for this type of deployment. APC and other manufacturers state that devices with high, quick discharge cycles (like laser printers, flash units, etc.) should not be connected to the battery outputs of UPS units. This is because those types of power cycles tend to put different stress on the circuits and batteries. These UPS units are designed for continuous power draw.

Just note that the UPS isn't usually meant to be used for the setup which is why we don't have a specific runtime calculation available. Usually a computer is connected to it so will provide you with time to shut down the computer. I suspect the runtime may be a little bit longer since the light will only run for a second. We just don't have specific values available.
