• Yes it will, you can download Netflix, Hulu and kindle all in the App Store and sign in or create an account

• Netflix and Kindle both work on the 7th gen iPad. I haven't tried Hulu, but based on what I've seen thus far it should not be a problem. Also great for Zoom conf calls and so much more.
