• They have free warranty you must go to Apple store immediately. They will look at it and will repair it for you. Good luck!

• Make sure you are using the charger and cable that came with it. Using an iPhone charger will work but is very slow. Same with the cable, if you use a longer cable, it will take more time. You have a year warranty to return it so take your time trying to find the problem. Hope this helps.
