“I cannot get sound notifications on my new 8th generation iPad even though I have my settings adjusted to receive them. Text and other notifications are just not sounding. Anyone have this problem or know a solution?”

• That’s odd. This may sound like a joke but did you try turning it on and off? If yes, try turning to volume up and trying again. If that doesn’t work then if you have apple care I suggest going to Apple for the problem.
