A:AnswerF.y.i Yes it does have an earphone jack! When I texted Customer Service, she told me it didn’t. She sent me a link to purchase a USB-C to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter -White Model:MU7E2AM/A SKU:6228671. I also found out doing a little more research, it comes with a charging cable and plug in the box. I read you can use the lightning cable with the older usb. (I hope that’s true). I’m still waiting for my Best Buy to have it in stock.

A:AnswerOpen box is like a return with the seal broken. You still have 30 days to return, and doubtful it was ever used that much.
Refurbished has been tested to work well; also returnable within 30 days.
A refurbished, however, tested... might have been used a couple years... and still have the same battery if it passed testing. Probably a little more scratched up too....
Personally I'd go with an open-box if all looks well, because the usage time is likely a few days... if that.
A:AnswerApple has a software program built in that when you are setting up your new one, you get prompted to move all of your data apps from your old iPad to your new iPad
A:AnswerI have to use my phones Wi-Fi hotspot, and was able to set the iPad up. A lot of apps can be used without Wi-Fi, but updates and downloading apps require Wi-Fi. So yes, you can use it without being connected, but you’ll need Wi-Fi to set it up and load apps, movies, etc.
