The Wi-Fi + Cellular iPads contain the internal GPS chip that can be used to activate moving map capabilities in ForeFlight Mobile. I was looking for a pad to use for aircraft navigation with real time mapping for my IFR rating. The Foreflight is much like the Bluecharts with real time navigation but with even more information.
