This seems like a bad problem, Try holding the power button untill shutoff then power on and in itunes on a laptop or pc or mac recover the device. try a update file if not then resort to factory reset.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This happened repeatedly to me recently. I’ve a 9th generation IPad. I tried all of the normal stuff to fix it. Finally, I realized it was only happening to me when it was charging and I’d try to use it at the same time. I needed a new charger. Good luck!
