- Answer No. It doesn't have a SIM card. You need a SIM card for phone line. Go through your phone carrier.

- Answer No you can’t change it to wireless and you’re going to lose a lot of money if you trade it in for an iPad that’s 5g capable. Your best bet is to get a mobile hotspot from your carrier. It’s cheaper than paying for an extra wireless line that the 5g iPad needs

- Answer I’d say it’s similar, but not exactly the same. Like one specific feature an iPad doesn’t have that an iPhone does is the call feature. You can FaceTime from an iPad but you can’t do a regular phone call.
