Apple - Pages, Numbers, Keynote, iMovie, GarageBand, Clips, and Apple Store app are preinstalled on iPad. Anything else like office 365 you have to purchase separate.

It has M1 chip, 8-core CPU & GPU. Also has 16 core neutral engine.
