If you read the description it will say if it’s been refurbished or if it’s new.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If it was an open box it may be considered new and carry the Apple normal warranty if it is not marked refurbished or used. However that being said it may not have all items a new one has so check it out and feel free to take back if you have not used it and are returning it the way it was sent to you. One of my open boxes marked excellent like new was missing the cord and charger and I did return it immediately. Ask just to make sure as I did
