• Storage wise no you would have to buy the same iPad again and choose 128 or 256gb you can pay for iCloud storage

• You should be able to since the more the years pass the more need for new things to be added will grow and more storage will be needed to keep up with all the files and data.

• You can not add more memory to any Apple devices after you buy them, the memory is soldered onto the circuit board and can not be changed. Your option is to get an external solid state USB drive and connect it to the USB port. These version 5.0 iPad Air have really fast USB, so that is a viable option.
