Yes you can use a gift card to buy this iTunes card. As to having it electronically deliver, I don’t know because I tried to buy it that way but the sale did not push through.

This is going to read awkwardly so I apologize for the confusion in advance. No, online you can’t buy an iTunes gift card with a Best Buy gift card. BUT you can go to the actual retail store location and buy that same iTunes gift card with a Best Buy gift card. I’ve bought many iTunes cards with Best Buy gift cards at the actual store, online there’s some rule that won’t allow it.

Technically no. However, I have had much luck in buying iTunes gift cards when going to the store in-person. Otherwise, you won't be able to buy iTunes cards with Best Buy certificates.
