cellular enabled is the one you want if you’re looking for an ipad with Esim availability. it is more costly than the Wi-fi only ipad should you want it to be affordable
A:AnswerI believe they can, but all you need to do is sign in with your iCloud account and it will do it automatically. Just make sure on your older device, that you have iCloud backed up, as well as the photos and everything else you want to be transferred.
