• No — the iPad Air (latest model with M3 chip) does not run at 120 Hz. It uses a 60 Hz Liquid Retina LCD display. Apple reserves the 120 Hz ProMotion display for the iPad Pro models. (smoother scrolling, animations, and responsiveness)

• No the iPad Air 6 with the M2 chip (and previous versions) do not have "pro-motion" 120hz refresh rate. That is only on the iPad Pros.
