Does this iPad come with cellular null

Mine did not come with its own cellular data plan, but you can include a plan in with your purchase for a couple hundred more dollars.

I’m pretty sure you have to specifically buy one with cellular data which is more expensive than just WiFi but it should say (WIFI + Cellular)
