Why do I need the keyboard with this iPad. null

You don’t necessarily need a keyboard for the iPad but it can be very helpful depending on what you are using it for. The iPad comes equipped with a keyboard on the screen, similar to that of a smart phone. I did purchase a Bluetooth keyboard via Amazon that makes my iPad more like a laptop since I will primarily be using my iPad for school.

No, it’s not required but highly recommended if you plan on doing a lot of typing
